Did you know that all it takes is $20 a year to educate a child in India? Or that it takes just $30 to sponsor a cataract surgery. As Non-Resident Indians, (NRIs), most of us are fortunate to enjoy very healthy lifestyles...so let us share some of that good fortune with the underprivileged in India. And remember, a dollar earned here goes a long way in India...

Ekjut is in constant need of funds to support various ongoing social projects in India. While we try to raise funds through several different avenues, member contributions continue to be a significant part of our overall fundraising efforts. Since Ekjut is entirely run by volunteers, we incur no costs and 100% of your contributions go towards social projects being supported in India.

If you would like to contribute financially, you may either donate to the Ekjut fund, or if so desired, you may indicate if you would like your contribution to be used for one or more specific projects.
